Dear Justice Rajan Roy and Justice Om Prakash Shukla.

Do not insult the Judicial System. Follow the ethics and keep your inclination towards any Political Party away from the Court Room.

People have faith in the Constitution, laws, and the judicial system, but they doubt those who operate the system. Instead of working to strengthen belief in the operators of the system, your actions are causing people to further strengthen their doubts.

Is it the manifest behavior and ethics of judges that both of you either do not know or do not want to utilize the internal research system in the courts before accepting the petition and issuing notices to the concerned and affected parties?

I may not have a law degree, but I have a better understanding of ethics, jurisprudence, and the Constitution.

If the Honourable Supreme Court has already dismissed a similar case, then instead of punishing the lawyer, how are you permitting the case to be listed again in the inferior court?
